Based on the wirral, merseyside, Scalp Styles UK is one of the best SMP clinics UK. It was started in 2021 by Carl Lawson, with the aim to help men and women suffering from hair loss.

From my mid-20s i started noticing my hairline starting to recede and my hair was starting to thin around the crown area from male pattern baldness. This had a significant impact on my confidence and i would often go out in public wearing a cap. I began researching hair loss solutions over the next few years but there was nothing that could give me guaranteed permanent results.

I looked into getting a hair transplant but that also was not guaranteed to work and I didn’t like the idea of being left with scarring on the back of my head. I then came across scalp micro pigmentation and did a lot of research into that for a few years until I felt confident enough that it was the best hair loss solution for me.

At the end of 2020, I had scalp micropigmentation myself and it was the best decision I ever made. I was so happy with the results and how much more confident I became that I decided to train to become an SMP artist and help other men & women with their hair loss. Fast forward to 2022 i have now trained with two of the leading smp clinics in the uk and recently completed an advanced smp training course, with in my opinion the best smp artist in the world who produces the most natural looking smp i have seen.
